From South America all the way to Asia, passing through Africa, you will have the opportunity to discover 5 exceptional cocoa Grands Crus from Peru, Cuba, Sao Tomé, Madagascar and India, and let’s not forget the signature Pierre Marcolini blend.

Each bean develops its own unique personality and the individual flavours of its terroir, its variety and cultivation. The beans are enhanced in flavoured ganaches, infused or cooked.
At Pierre Marcolini, our artisans have been practising "Bean-to-Bar" for over 20 years: the beans are roasted directly in our atelier and in this their unique flavours are achieved.
