For this box, Pierre Marcolini has created 6 new chocolate recipes with dual textures of praline and caramel combining legendary Japanese whiskies with the exceptional quality of our grands crus chocolates. In this box, you will discover the following selection of whiskies: Nikka Coffey Malt, Nikka Miyagikyo Single Malt, Togouchi Kiwami, The Chita, Suntory Toki, and The Yamazaki Distiller’s Reserve. An awe-inspiring combination of ingredients and expertise from every corner of the world: Japanese whiskies, Belgian chocolatier expertise, cocoa beans from Cuba and Sao Tomé and Piedmont hazelnuts for an exceptional chocolate journey. The chocolates are enhanced with tree bark motifs, reminiscent of the casks in which the whiskies are aged, with 100% natural vegetable colouring.

INGREDIENTS
Cocoa beans, sugar, alcohol (collection of 6 Japanese whiskies), cocoa butter, hazelnuts, cream milk powder, fresh cream, almonds, glucose, lactose, sunflower lecithin, coffee, salt, toasted rice, Madagascan vanilla, cardamom, grapeseed oil, natural ginger flavouring, concentrate (radish, blackcurrant, apple, safflower, lemon, spirulina).
