SPRITZ SHORTBREAD

Our shortbread spritz is a biscuit made with the butter from the farm of our Norman producers Corinne and Christophe as well as Olivier flour from the Moulin de Perthus in Auvergne. It is also topped with a chocolate caramel and partially coated with 75% chocolate from our artisan chocolatier Nicolas Berger.
